Thanks to our generous donors, gifts are purchased and crossed off lists…and now we need your help sorting and wrapping the bounty! Our “Hope for the Holidays” adopt a family program is in full swing and we are looking for volunteers to help sort, wrap and distribute the gifts next week. Sorting and wrapping takes place at St. Anthony of Padua Church on South Pine Creek Road, Fairfield, December 10-12.

Children are welcome, and the afternoon sessions can be a good way for families to volunteer together. We do ask that parents work side by side with their young children as the space can be crowded, loud and overwhelming.

Monday, December 10: 10am-2pm. Receive and sort gifts.
Tuesday, December 11: 10am-2pm and 4:30pm-6:30pm. Receive and sort gifts.
Wednesday, December 12: 10am-2pm. Sort and prepare gifts for distribution and delivery.
Wednesday, December 12: 4:30pm-6:30pm. Transport gifts to Operation Hope, 636 Old Post Road. Drivers with SUVs/trucks/vans are especially appreciated.

Please contact Volunteer Program Manager Donna Schmidt at (203) 292-5588 ×207 or dschmidt@operationhopect.org ASAP if you can lend a hand. Thank you!
